Digital Footwear Platform
A digitally configurable 3D-printed sandal system for brands—available off the shelf, indexed by arch and stiffness, or fully personalized from a 3D foot scan.

The Platform Story
Most sandals are locked once the mold is cut. This platform is different. Every pair begins as a digital recipe: geometry, arch shape, cushioning zones, stiffness response, surface texture, traction logic, and brand styling can be adjusted before production.
For brands, that means faster iteration, fewer hard-tooling constraints, and more ways to serve different customers from one core product architecture.

Change silhouette, ventilation pattern, sidewall texture, tread geometry, strap feel, logo placement, and finish direction.
Offer low, medium, and high arch support, or tune stiffness across three standard settings.
Use 3D foot scans to create individualized geometry and zone-by-zone support.
Move from prototype to launch without committing to traditional mold-heavy development.
Product Architecture
For brands that want a fast launch. A standard size run with a refined ergonomic fit, soft step-in comfort, breathable perforated construction, and a distinctive 3D-printed visual language.

Performance Story
Comfort is not one thing. A soft sandal can feel good at first and unstable later. A firm sandal can support the foot but feel harsh. This platform allows comfort to be engineered zone by zone.

Pressure zone visualization: blue areas provide softer cushioning, red areas deliver firmer support
Shock absorption, heel cup depth, rearfoot stability.
Arch height, torsional stiffness, medial support, fatigue reduction.
Flex groove behavior, toe-off feel, metatarsal pressure relief.
Containment, breathability, visual identity, structural response.
Ground contact pattern, grip logic, durability priorities, terrain intent.

Material & Manufacturing
The platform is produced on Carbon printers using Carbon EPU 70 Pro Exp material. Carbon's elastomeric polyurethane materials are designed for demanding applications where cushioning, impact absorption, tear resistance, and elastic behavior matter.
